Chefs prepare a menu that has elements of French, Italian, Californian and Belizean cuisine with daily chalkboard specials. Start with ceviche or mozzarella with fresh basil and tomatoes and baguette slices - order seafood in mushroom and sherry sauce - piled high in a clamshell and baked - or seafood or chicken crepes. Finish with a creamy rum chocolate cake. There is intimate dining indoors and something more casual at the beach bar. Locals love this place so call for reservations.
